Terms of Service

JobReach (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Aibender Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14226293). By creating an account or using jobreach247.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

JobReach helps jobseekers contact companies directly. It finds companies and publicly listed contact email addresses, drafts application emails based on your resume, and sends approved emails from your own email account with your resume attached. You review and approve what is sent; emails are sent in your name, from your address, on your instruction.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use, this matters

Emails sent through JobReach are your emails: you are the sender and you are responsible for their content and legality. You agree to:

• use the Service only for genuine, individual job applications, never for marketing, promotions, bulk commercial email, or any other purpose;
• comply with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including (as applicable) the UK GDPR and PECR, the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and the US CAN-SPAM Act;
• honour any recipient's request not to be contacted again;
• not misrepresent who you are or fabricate qualifications;
• not attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.

We enforce daily sending caps and pacing to keep usage responsible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

4. Free tier, purchases and refunds

• New accounts include 30 free email-search credits (a credit is used when a verified email address is found for you).
• Additional credits (for example, 100 email searches for £9.99) are a one-off purchase, consumed one credit per email sent.
• If you have a problem with a purchase, contact support@jobreach247.com within 14 days. Unused credits on a faulty purchase will be refunded. Credits have no cash value and expire 12 months after purchase.
• Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already own.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your resume, pitch, and emails. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service, storing your resume, generating drafts from it, and transmitting emails you approve. We do not sell your data or use your resume to train AI models.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties: hosting and database providers, Google (company search and AI drafting), and your own email provider. Their availability affects ours. Email addresses we discover come from companies' own public websites; we cannot guarantee any address is current or monitored.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We provide tools, not promises. We do not guarantee interviews, replies, job offers, email deliverability, or that any company welcomes unsolicited applications. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aibender Ltd's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@jobreach247.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
