This policy explains what Aibender Ltd (company number 14226293, registered in England and Wales) collects when you use JobReach (jobreach247.com), why, and what your rights are. Aibender Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and a hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
- Your resume: the file you upload and the text extracted from it, used to write your pitch and applications.
- Email sending credentials: the app password you provide for your own mailbox, stored so the Service can send emails you approve. You can remove it at any time in Settings.
- Outreach data: the companies found for you, the emails drafted, and a log of what was sent and when.
- Session cookie: a single cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run the Service: generate your pitch and drafts, and send emails you approve (performance of a contract).
- To email you verification and password-reset codes (legitimate interest in securing your account).
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your resume to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Neon: database storage.
- Google: your resume text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate your pitch and drafts, and your search terms are sent to the Places API to find companies.
- Hostinger: sends our system emails (codes, receipts).
- Your email provider: outreach emails are transmitted through your own account (e.g. Gmail) using the credentials you supply.
How long we keep it
Your data stays in your account while it is active. Delete your account (or email us) and we remove your account record, resume, credentials, and outreach data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under UK/EU data protection law you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email support@jobreach247.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Recipients of your emails
The companies you contact receive your name, email address, resume, and message, that is the point of the Service. Choose what you include in your pitch accordingly.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you on the site or by email before they take effect.
